Someone redraws the whiteboard photo after the meeting, from memory. By then it shows what one person understood, not what the room agreed.

People engage when the picture grows while they talk: they point at it, correct it, add to it. If it shows something you didn't mean, you say so, and Claro redraws it.
Missing pieces ask to be filled in
Each kind of diagram knows what it needs. A process without an end or a system nobody supports shows dashed, so the meeting asks the next question.
Disagreement is on the table, not under it
When two people contradict each other, it turns red and stays red until the conversation settles it.

The diagrams and a summary are done when the meeting ends. Export them for a document, a repo or Miro the same minute.

Nobody draws during the meeting. The diagram is there anyway.
1. Talk
Press Start listening and have the meeting. Claro tells the speakers apart, in Dutch, English and eight more languages.
2. Claro models it
Every subject gets its own diagram. Small talk draws nothing. A correction repairs the diagram; a contradiction turns red until someone settles it.
3. Keep the diagrams
Export one diagram or all of them as JSON or Mermaid, ready for a repo, a document, Miro, or the next meeting.

One meeting hour with Claro saves you about an hour of drawing
In our own sessions, every hour of meeting cost about an hour of drawing the diagrams afterwards, and then more rounds of aligning on them and redrawing. Claro draws while you talk, so that hour is done when the meeting ends. The calculator counts only that first hour.

Questions
Before you try it
Does it work in an online meeting?
Claro listens through the microphone of the device it runs on, so it works best in a room around one laptop. In a video call, share the session: everyone joins from their own laptop with a link or a code, and each voice comes in under its own name.
Which languages?
Ten, Dutch and English among them, and people may switch between them. The diagrams are labelled in English.
Do we have to talk differently?
No. Talk as you normally would. Small talk and questions draw nothing; a diagram starts when someone says how things are, and a correction repairs it.
What if it gets something wrong?
Say so and it redraws, or rename or delete the thing yourself with a click. Anything not pinned down yet stays dashed, and you can hide it to see only what is settled.
Where do the diagrams go afterwards?
Export one diagram or all of them: a Claro file that opens again, Mermaid markdown that GitHub shows as diagrams, or Mermaid on the clipboard to paste into Miro.
What happens to what we say?
The session stays in your browser. Our server passes the audio and text to the services that transcribe and model it, and keeps only usage counts, never transcripts.
